Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Defective Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll provide a full refund or replacement—no questions asked.

Shipping Delays
Orders sometimes take longer to arrive. If your delivery is delayed, we offer up to 20% refund as compensation.

How to Return
Contact us at traillenses@gmail.com to start a return. We’ll provide a return label and instructions. Items returned without authorization cannot be accepted.

Exchanges & EU Orders
To exchange, return your item first, then place a new order. EU customers have a 14-day cancellation right, no reason needed.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Delays with your bank may occur.
